Elshad Orudjev is a highly qualified coach and international master in chess, whose years of work have yielded significant results on the world stage. Under his attentive guidance, world and European champions have emerged, and many of his students have shown outstanding results in various international tournaments. With over 20 years of teaching experience.

Coaching experience — 5 years. Specialization: preparation for Russian championships, achieving ranks, working with young female chess players. My principles: chess without pressure. I teach how to see the beauty of combinations and make tough decisions in endgames. Among my students are prize winners of regional and national competitions. I take children from 7 years old and adult amateurs who want to "close the gestalt" with a rank.

I help children love chess as much as I do. 3 years of experience working with groups and individually. I believe that discipline on the board = discipline in life. The kids don’t just memorize moves; they start to think structurally and approach losses more calmly. Just last year, 5 of my students achieved the 3rd rank norm.

Chess coach and sports psychologist. 3 years of work in children's development. My specialization: · Chess for children ages 3–12: Developing logic, tactical thinking, and attentiveness. · Sports psychology: Building resilience to stress, ability to concentrate, and work on mistakes. · Individual approach: I create a supportive atmosphere in lessons.
Our School
Elsadchess chess school operates under the guidance of International Master Elshad Orudjev. With over 20 years of coaching experience, his students have become world and European champions, achieving high results in international tournaments.
The foundation of the school's training is an individual approach to each student. The curriculum and pace of lessons are tailored to the age, skill level, and goals of each student. The school caters to both beginners taking their first steps in chess and more experienced students striving to improve their skill level and perform successfully in competitions.
Elsadchess conducts lessons online in an interactive format. Students study chess theory, solve problems, play games, and analyze them with the coach, gradually consolidating their knowledge through practice.
The school offers both individual and group lessons. The individual format allows for a focus on the specific strengths and weaknesses of a student, while group lessons provide additional playing practice, social interaction, and healthy competition.

Pavel once again showcased excellent gameplay and a will to win, earning four awards in the 9-year-old category! His achievements speak for themselves:
1st place in the category “Most Beautiful Checkmate” — for incredible tactical mastery and original solutions on the board!
1st place in the category “Fastest Checkmate” — for lightning-fast reactions and ability to instantly capitalize on the opponent’s mistakes!
3rd place overall — confirmation of a consistently high level of play!
We also want to express great gratitude to Pavel's coach, Elshad Orudjev, for his invaluable contribution to the preparation and development of the young chess player. His mentorship and support help Pavel achieve such high results.
We are proud of our young champion and wish him to continue moving forward, towards new victories and achievements! Well done, Pavel!
💡Chess is always about persistence, focus, and the inner state of the athlete. If something goes wrong inside, the knowledge doesn’t work.
I help athletes connect with their inner world and approach the game with a calm mind.
Of course, I also assist parents who want to support their champion by answering the question —
- How to support a young athlete without burning out in routine?
My professional background:
🎓 Imaton Institute (practical counseling, IFS methodology)
🎓 P.F. Lesgaft University (Sports Psychology) - currently studying in this field
🎓 3 years of experience as a chess coach
💡What is IFS (Internal Family Systems)?
It's about how to harmonize different parts of yourself.
How our work is structured:
1️⃣ Diagnosis. Identifying growth areas and difficulties
2️⃣ Working with your request. Anxiety, fears, loss of concentration, pressure from results
3️⃣ Assistance in formulating your request. If you feel something is blocking you but can't pinpoint what it is.

Good to know
Each lesson at our school lasts 60 minutes, which is optimal for understanding and absorbing new material.
Our school welcomes young chess players aged 3-6 years. Our teaching methods are adapted to the age characteristics of children, using game-based learning, stories, and interactive tasks for an engaging introduction to the world of chess.
We offer both online and offline learning formats, allowing students to choose the most convenient method. Online lessons use modern technologies and interactive tools for effective learning.
Choosing a coach is a key factor in chess education. Our coaches are highly qualified specialists with chess titles and extensive practical experience. We recommend: Defining goals: Clearly articulate your expectations from the learning process. Skill level: Choose a coach that matches your current skill level. Reviews and recommendations: Familiarize yourself with reviews of coaches for an informed choice.
Our chess lessons are built on a comprehensive approach, covering: Introduction to the basics: At the initial stage, coaches provide an introduction course, familiarizing students with the rules of chess, the roles of pieces, and their movements on the board. Theoretical foundation: Later, we reveal a wide range of chess strategies and tactics to students, including important concepts such as control of the board's center, piece development, game plans, and mating combinations. Practice and play: Our students get the opportunity to consolidate their theoretical knowledge through practice: solving chess problems, playing against each other and computer simulators, which helps improve their playing skills. Game analysis: Coaches conduct a detailed analysis of students' games, identifying and discussing mistakes to assist in their correction. Participation in competitions: We regularly organize chess tournaments, giving students the chance to apply their knowledge and skills in real game conditions.
The choice between group and individual lessons depends on personal preferences and learning goals. Group lessons are suitable for mastering the fundamentals of chess in an interactive format, while individual lessons allow for deeper study of chess theory and practice, targeting specific weaknesses.
Participation in tournaments is not mandatory, but strongly recommended, as it allows students to test their skills in real competition conditions, gain valuable experience, and develop a competitive spirit.
